Our staff is made up of teachers, all of whom are chosen for their professionalism, as well as their caring and compassionate personalities. Our teachers delight in unlocking your child’s natural curiosity through providing the stimulation necessary for and experiential learning process. All staff participates in annual in-service training in order to remain alert to the ever changing needs of today’s families and to the findings of current research.

Staff development is ongoing throughout the year. Many of our teachers are fluent in Russian, English and Hebrew providing the children with an opportunity to be in a multi-lingual setting. All of our staff hold First Aid and CPR cards and have all necessary certifications mandated by the DCF. (Department Of Children and Families).

Chanie Kaller,

Head of School

In 2003, Chanie joined her husband in building the foundations of the Jewish Russian community of South Florida. In 2007, using her years of experience in the Early Childhood field, she founded The Gan, currently The Gan Frida, a progressive center where the children take the lead in the learning process. Chanie is passionate about creating a school culture of community, connection and conscious behaviors. She enjoys coaching and teaching with her staff and sharing her talents with other Jewish schools, contributing to the shift in bettering the field of Early Education. She is a mother of 5 beautiful children, proud graduates of The Gan Frida!

Rabbi Kaller, Dean

Rabbi Alexander Kaller is the founder and leader of the Chabad Russian Center (The parent organization for this school) which was founded in 2002. Joined by his wife, they set out to fulfill their mission of building a community that was warm and welcoming, diverse and accepting where jewish life thrived. He serves as the spiritual guide and offers his skill and expertise to The Gan Frida & Tamim Miami as a whole.
